Executive Chef Mark Pullin began his culinary career at the age of 4, whipping up his mom gourmet mac and cheese (from kraft) and adding crushed up potato chips to add texture. Clearly… cooking was in his genes! He attended Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts, graduating in 2000 and continued his education studying under Chef Roy Yamaguchi and Chef Randy Oviot. He also didn’t stop there and became certified in Nutrition, Sanitation and Management, with a dream to own his own restaurant one day. He has dazzled celebrities, presidential staff and NFL athletes with his amazing flavors, including;

Kid Rock, Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Paris Hilton, President’s Secret Service, Chris Angel and many more. In 2011, he beat out 20 other competitors in the Taste of the NFL and was crowned culinary champion, allowing him to cook for 3,000 people at that year’s Superbowl. Moving to Ormond Beach, FL from his hometown in Ohio – Chef hit the ground running as soon as he arrived.

Opening Blau Grill in Ormond Beach, Fusion 43, 31 Supper Club and now pursuing his American Dream with the Good Food Truck. “Super fresh, super hot, making people happy – instead of frozen chicken fingers and all this bad stuff restaurants are putting out there. It’s awful. People deserve the best and that’s something I can give them.” – The Real Chef Mark
